• Identifying potential CDM projects
• Preparing the Project Idea Notes
• Screening CERs buyers and quotations
• Supporting negotiation with CERs buyer and facilitating ERPA signing
• Developing PDD, new methodology if necessary, and other required documents
• Obtaining LoNO and LoA from Chinese DNA
• Coordinating with DOE for validation
• Assisting registration procedure
• Preparing Monitoring Report and coordinating with verification/certification to secure CERs and carbon income

Other CDM related activities, such as:

• Organising promotion for CERs buyer, and assisting in projects submission and screening
• Organising training course for the industries
• Holding CDM conference
• Facilitating information dissemination
• Conducting CDM studies and policy recommendations
